We are so proud of our new On Hold company logo that we thought we’d have it hiked up one of the highest mountains in the U.S. and show it off!
That’s right, this picture was taken on Mount Rainer, a massive stratovolcano located 54 miles southeast of Seattle, Washington. Mount Ranier is the most prominent mountain in the lower 48 United States. It has a summit elevation of 14,411 feet and is considered one of the most dangerous volcanoes in the world.
An icon in the Washington state landscape, Mount Ranier is the most glaciated peak in the contiguous continental United States, producing six major rivers. Sub-alpine wildflower meadows circle the icy volcano in contrast to ancient forests on Mount Ranier’s lower slopes.
We felt it was a fitting place to have a high-altitude photograph taken of our new logo – which represents On Hold Company’s commitment to helping businesses reach new heights with their on hold messaging programs.
We want to say a big thanks to Brian Adams (in the picture) and Chris Riordan for taking a piece of us with them on their recent trek up Mt. Rainier. Unfortunately, Brian and Chris were not able to make all the way to the summit due to dangerous weather conditions. But, they’ve already committed to making another climb and we wish them the best!
